Concepteq is a Danish biotech company focused on developing and commercializing the next generation of healthcare solutions. With roots in microbial supplements and experience from international successes such as Cell Biotech Europe and Biocare Copenhagen, we now work purposefully with personalized health, biotechnology, and advanced nutrition – often in close partnership with research institutions and industry-leading collaborators.
Experience and Leadership
Concepteq was founded in 2006 by Søren B. Thomsen, who has built substantial expertise in the commercialization of probiotics and functional nutrition in Europe. He has founded and led several successful companies and possesses deep insight into strategic management, business development, and regulatory affairs within the biotech sector.
In 2023, Nicholas Thomsen joined as Managing Director with responsibility for daily operations and the company’s commercial development. Nicholas holds a Master’s degree in International Business and brings valuable experience from both Danish and international organizations.
